In support of the Prime Minister's vision to make Pakistan a destination of World Tourism, Green and Blue Private Limited owners started exploring opportunities to build hotels and resorts all over Pakistan. The management's particular emphasis is on develop tourism in Northern and Central Pakistan by procuring lands and projects in the unique destinations of Kaghan Valley and in the Capital surroundings where the tourists prefer to stay as a base station.

The owners, Mr. Muhammad Iftikhar Qureshi and Mr. Muhammad Faisal Qureshi, come from a family of distinguished Hoteliers and Traders having decades of professional experience. They have joined hands to introduce the class of hospitality products and services to brighten up Pakistan's image and contribute to our country's financial development. The owners bring vast experience in building and managing hotels globally. They are thoroughly knowledgeable in designing, construction, and renovation works, international and domestic procurement of all equipment types required in the hotels. They have strong affiliations with Engineering equipment suppliers, including HVAC, Information Technology Systems, including CCTV and guest entertainment, installation, furniture design, selection of fixtures, and other amenities.They have worked with international architects and interior designers like WA International based in Dubai and Randolph Gray Associates based in UK and Thailand.

Mr. Muhammad Iftikhar Qureshi and Mr. Muhammad Faisal Qureshi are avid golfers.
